The Earth Wants You Fully Alive
A free live class with Marysia Miernowska
FRIDAY JUNE 26 · 12 PM PACIFIC
As seen in: New York Times · Vogue · LA Times · ABC · Reuters
You were not designed for this pace.
Your body knows it.
The fatigue that doesn't lift. The creative spark that's harder to find. The libido that quietly packed its bags. The sense that you are moving through your days rather than inhabiting them.
This is not burnout. This is disconnection.
From the Earth. From her rhythms. From the web of plant intelligence that held human beings through every season of life before we forgot how to listen.
The plants remember you, even when you've forgotten them.
The word erotic comes from Eros.
Not sex. Life force.
The animating current that moves through every living thing — the sap rising in spring, the bear going deep in winter, the seed cracking open in the dark.
You have it too.
And the ancient herbs know how to call it back into your body, heart and soul.
This is what depletion actually is:
Your circadian rhythms overridden by artificial light.
Your hormonal intelligence running against the moon instead of with it.
Your nervous system in a constant low hum of output, never truly landing to receive pleasure and restoration.
Your body holding seasons of grief, overstimulation, and disconnection from the living world.
You cannot supplement your way out of this. You cannot rest your way out of this.
You have to come back into relationship.
With the Earth. With her plants. With the slow, intelligent, nourishing rhythms that your body has always known.
That is what this class is about.
In this free live class, you will:
Be guided through a short somatic meditation that brings you back into your body and opens the portals of pleasure and presence.
Discover the ancient herbs for longevity, libido, and life force — the plant medicines used across traditions to restore vitality, rekindle creative fire, and sustain beauty from the inside.
Learn how circadian rhythms, lunar cycles, and seasonal alignment directly govern your energy, your hormones, and your aliveness — and the simple daily practices that bring you back into sync.
Understand somatic herbalism — what it means to receive plant medicine not just as chemistry but as relationship, as transmission, as a living conversation between your body and the Earth.
Leave with something you can feel, not just information you can file away.
This is for you if:
You feel pulled toward the plants, toward ritual, toward a life that is more rooted and more alive — and you’re ready to reclaim your full aliveness.
You've lost touch with your body's pleasure, your creative fire, your sense of wonder — and you're tired of treating it as inevitable.
You are done with wellness approaches that treat you like a machine to optimize and ready to reclaim your embodied belonging to the Earth.
You have a bone-deep sense that there is a version of you who knows how to live differently. More nourished. More whole. More wildly, unabashedly herself.
You are ready to meet her.
What becomes possible when you live this way:
You wake up already nourished.
You reach for herbs the way you reach for a friend — because you know them.
You move through the seasons consciously, your body shifting with the Earth rather than fighting her.
Your libido returns — not as performance, but as genuine aliveness.
Your creative fire is not something you have to manufacture. It rises on its own.
You belong to something older and larger than the demands of your calendar.
You are fluent in a language most people have forgotten.
The language of the Earth.
This is one class.
It is also a door.
The Apprenticeship to the Sacred Wild — my 10-month deep immersion in folk herbalism, plant spirit medicine, and earth-based living — opens for enrollment on June 20, with a September 12 start. Thousands of graduates call it the most transformative year of their lives.
This class is how you find out if that path is yours.
Live. Interactive. Ceremonial.
Bring a cup of tea. Bring a journal. Come willing to be present, ready to receive.
Saturday, July 26 · 12 PM Pacific
The class will be recorded and sent to all who register.

FAQs
Do I need any experience with herbs or earth medicine?
None at all. This class is a beginning. Come exactly as you are.
What if I can't make it live?
The class will be hosted on zoom, recorded and sent to everyone who registers. That said — what happens in the room when we do ceremony together is something a recording only partially holds. Come live if you can.
What should I bring?
A cup of tea, a journal, and a willingness to be present. That is everything.
What is the Apprenticeship to the Sacred Wild?
It is Marysia's signature 10-month program in folk herbalism, plant spirit medicine, seasonal living, and earth-based community — beginning September 12. This free class is an introduction to that work. Registration is open now through August 22.
Is this religious or affiliated with a specific tradition?
The work is rooted in earth-based spirituality and the Wise Woman Tradition. It is not affiliated with any religion and welcomes people of all genders, backgrounds and belief systems.
