A Journey Through the Elements
Each day we travel through one of the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — awakening a different chakra and energy center through our herbal tea meditations, rituals, embodiment practices, and direct connection with tropical plants.
You will receive hands-on herbal teachings, healing ceremonies, and guided practices designed to bring you back into harmony with yourself and the natural world.

A Taste of the Journey
Day 1
Arrival &
The Botanical Eden
We begin near San José with a private visit to The Ark — a world-renowned botanical sanctuary and farm created by a visionary elder and friend of Marysia.
You’ll receive a guided tour through exquisite tropical gardens, meet the very plants we’ll be working with, and enjoy a 5-course herbal-infused feast crafted from ingredients grown on the land.
This intimate opening day sets the tone — a grounding initiation of meeting of the land, the tropical panacea, and the earth’s most ancient healing plants and their human keepers.
Days 2–7
Into the Sacred Wild
A private charter plane carries us into the southern Pacific jungle, where our eco-luxury retreat center awaits — an oasis of organic gardens, waterfalls, stunning open-air spaces designed for deep rest and ceremony.

The Space
Our home for the week is Imiloa Institute, a breathtaking jungle sanctuary known for its panoramic views, infinity pool, and nourishing, locally sourced meals. Every space offers modern comfort and connection to nature — a luxurious, ecologically designed cocoon in the heart of the rainforest.
Who This Retreat Is For
This experience welcomes all — from seasoned herbalists to those simply longing to reconnect with the Earth, their body, and their sense of wonder.
You’re invited to come solo, with a friend, or with your partner or lover.
